Certisure Administrative Journey Development Programme
Learners who successfully completed the Certisure Administrative Journey Development Programme attended their close out ceremony on 26 November 2019. The programme was structured into eight modules and aimed at enhancing customer centric administrative excellence in the back-office operations of the insurance company. The capability of the Certisure Administrative team was strengthened in terms of personal mastery, enhancing influence through your personal brand, applying interpersonal intelligence, excellence in customer service and administrative and office effectiveness.
Learners were expected to develop and implement a project that will enhance value add to the organisation. This was done in alignment to what they have learnt about excellence and customer service.
For their projects learners chose a client survey and the implementation of customer centric service standards at the branches. They developed both the survey and the standards. Implemented it, analysed the results and made a presentation to the CEO discussing their findings and recommendations. Congratulations on a job well done!
