Welcome to the Manage Performance module.

Progress through the eLearning experience at your own pace.

The module consists of nine (9) learning topics with topical assessments.

Don’t deviate from the module sequence; complete the topics in the indicated sequence.

At the end of the topic, complete the topical assessment. All topical assessment averages count towards the final score.

Complete all the indicated activities and assessments.

The module contains various resources which you will access to assist you in your study. These can take various forms e.g. text, images, video, web pages, MS Office documents, Acrobat PDF files, assessments and quizzes.

Click the text link to open resources. The resource will open in a new window.

When you worked through the resource, navigate back to the homepage by clicking on the close button in the resource window.

Once you have completed a learning unit the tool will save this. When you login again and re-enter this module it automatically takes you to the page you last visited before you logged out previously. If you want to return to the beginning of the module you will need to click the ‘Home’ button in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.

If you face any other technical issues, then please report the issue as per normal process to the IT service desk outlining clearly what the problem is.
