You, as employee, should always be neat and presentable. Therefore, your working area should:
- Be neat.
- Be presentable.
- Have flowers on it, if possible.
- Always be clean and tidy.
- Have the correct layout – it is also very important.
- Always smell fresh.
- Be quiet, or if there is music, it should be soft classical music.
- Have reading material available for the customers to read, while waiting (company related product brochures).
