Before the data integration session begins, post your ratings for each candidate on the Candidate Evaluation Summary. (A sample grid is provided).
The grid is a chart with dimensions listed down the left side and each interviewer’s name (and other sources of data, such as simulations, if used) heading a separate column. The squares on the grid are used for recording dimension ratings. Complete a separate grid for each candidate.
