You will not achieve success if you are not motivated. You now have a few ideas/hints related to your motivation. It is your decision whether to use them. Just remember: people differ from each other and everyone has his own specific needs and objectives. These concepts will therefore be applied differently to everyone. 

You can be ensured of a more productive body of workers if you build motivation and morale into your division. These positive approaches will not always have the desired effect. Negative approaches such as discipline, warnings and dismissal will sometimes have to be used to handle a problem. Use these negative approaches only as a last resort. The measure of motivation and productivity which the positive approach can develop in your people, can never be obtained in this way.
