Receiving feedback from the audience is important. The presenter can determine whether all the facts and information were presented and whether the comments and conclusions of the presentation can therefore be considered valid and applicable. The presenter can also use the opportunity to evaluate his/her own presentation skills and improve where necessary.
The following feedback form must be provided to the audience. The focus of this feedback form is primarily to get feedback, input and comments on the specific process for the specific department (for example Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and Public Relations).
The feedback should be assessed using qualitative criteria. The presenter should study the answers to each question, compare the answers and come to valid conclusions in this regard.
