Despite the successful nature and benefits of working in teams, sometimes they do fail. There are times that a group cannot work effectively to complete the task at hand.
The High-Performance Team Wheel is a coaching tool to help you assess where your team is right now. The eight sections in the wheel represent areas to be balanced.
