It should be clear that leadership communication ability can be directly associated with performance.
Leadership communication refers to the ability of a leader to create understanding and to build relationships within/amongst a group(s) of people in order to mobilise action towards achieving strategic goals. This can be achieved through a shared vision of where the organisation is going and influencing team members’ and other role-players performance and behaviour in such a way that organisational objectives and strategies are realised.
