Project Life Cycle with Process and Output Per Phase

The project lifecycle and the work breakdown structure have come to the forefront in later years as some of the key frameworks or structures for subdividing the project’s scope of work into manageable phases or also known as work packages. The following figure shows the comparison between the accumulative effort over the total duration of the project and the rate of effort over the duration of the project.
