0-39 Naïve Manager

40-79 Perpetuator
Perpetuators are aware of bias and prejudice but continue behaviours that reinforce and reward bigotry.
80-119 Avoider
Avoiders (silent supporters) are aware of bias but tolerate unjust behaviours.
120-139 Change Agent
Change agents take action when appropriate and help to bring about long-term change.
140-160 Fighter
Fighters attack real and imagined prejudice. They look out for discrimination and bring about change but often pay a high price.
