- PoE 8-603 (Section E.1) Moderate Outcomes-Based Assessments: Voltooi jou naam en teken. Geen datum.
- PoE 8-603 (Section E.3) Moderate Outcomes-Based Assessments: Voltooi dokument en teken. Geen datum.
- PoE 8-603 (Section E.5) Moderate Outcomes-Based Assessments: Voltooi jou naam en Id nommer. Geen datum.
- Kontak jou maatskappy se opleidingskoördineerder vir die reël van inhandiging en koerier na Peritum Agri.
- Indien jy onseker is oor inhandiging, doen navraag by: programmes@peritumagri.com

- Compete the moderation with a blue pen.
- Complete your PoE per typed/handwritten tasks.
- Ensure you have completed all the tasks.
- PoE 8-603 (Section E.1) Moderate Outcomes-Based Assessments: Complete name and sign. No date.
- PoE 8-603 (Section E.3) Moderate Outcomes-Based Assessments: Complete the document and sign. No date.
- PoE 8-603 (Section E.5) Moderate Outcomes-Based Assessments: Complete name and ID. No date.
- Contact your company’s training coordinator to arrange for collection and courier to Peritum Agri.
