Complete the questionnaire: Approaching the Customer, by clicking on the link that follows.
Answer the questions as accurately as possible.
For each statement, choose if the statement reflects good or bad customer approaching techniques.
After completing and submitting the online questionnaire, the Results Summary Page will appear, where you will find your result (score) in the marks field.
