Complete the questionnaire: Classification of Statement, by clicking on the link that follows.
Answer the questions as accurately as possible.
For each statement, choose the type of customer by listening to the customer statement.
After completing and submitting the online questionnaire, the Results Summary Page will appear, where you will find your result (score) in the marks field.
