How does creative and visionary thinking contribute to a successful company? Thinking in both a creative and critical way requires not only a will to challenge your own ideas and beliefs and those of other people but also an ability to think laterally, questioning and changing ideas and researching and testing new ways of doing things. Setting the scene and implementing the process to find out how you can improve demands the will to change. It involves effective questioning and reasoning.
Critical thinking is searching for the truth while creative thinking is coming up with new ideas to implement the truth. Creative thinking is linked to intuitive thinking connecting often with the emotional brain.
