You perceive your abilities as more than adequate to deal with the demands in your life. When you experience eustress you also experience positive psychological wellbeing. Eustress leads us to view life as challenging, exciting, and meaningful. The eustress condition also implies that we have high levels of life energy. Some psychologists refer to this energy as ‘libido’ while other refers to it simply as a high energy levels or a zest for living.
