More than ever before, lifestyle and behaviour are being recognised as important factors in stress and wellbeing. The way people live, their habits, and behaviours, effect stress levels. Unfortunately, most people only seriously examine their lifestyle once chronic stress and burnout has taken its toll in the form of (lifestyle) illnesses.
