If you choose A, B, C, D or E it shows...
A = Esteem Needs
B = Belongingness and Love Needs
C = Self-Actualisation Needs
D = Biological Needs
E = Safety Needs
Maslow said that Biological, Safety, Belongingness and Love, and Esteem Needs are deficiency motivators and are satisfied when the previous need is fully or partially satisfied. If ticked above, they are probably satisfied. If a need ceases to be satisfied, there is less or no motivation to strive to maintain or satisfy higher level needs.
Self-Actualisation needs is a growth motivator and, if ticked, this is likely to be a focus of motivation.
