You will be happier: When you really get to know yourself better you will find that it is easier to accept yourself and live with whom you are. The moment you get to know yourself better you will be more relaxed in other people’s presence – hence living a happier life.
You will have more self-confidence to set goals for yourself: The result of knowing yourself and your needs will be that you are more confident to address your own needs by setting goals for your life. To what extent do you love yourself (as the Bible say?) Are you able to love others as a result?
You will be in contact with the world around you: You will have fewer fantasies about whom you want to be, how you would like your life to be like and how you would like others to behave towards you. You will have a more honest relation with others and yourself.
You will have fulfilling relationships with others: Self-acceptance shows in company with others. When you accept and know yourself you will feel less threatened by others and by situations – hence being more relaxed, honest and sincere in the company of other people.
People will find it easier to communicate to and with you: An openness, non-threatened attitude and sincerity will enable other people to approach you freely and communicate with you comfortably.
