Click on the link that follows to complete a questionnaire on how good your customer service is?

For each statement, choose the rating that best describes your team's approach to customer service.

Answer the questions in a way that reflects the situation as it is now, rather than how you think it should be. And don't worry if some of the questions seem to score in the "wrong" direction.

After completing and submitting the online questionnaire, the Results Summary Page will appear, where you will find your result (score) in the marks field.

Record this first mark, and then plot yourself in the table below to determine to which category (description) you belong.
