Customer base - The total list of customers of a business, as well as the total number of potential customers with specific classification or buying characteristics.

Market segment - A subgroup of people or organisations sharing one or more characteristics that cause them to have similar product needs.

Market type – What kind of market you are dealing with.  This could refer to e.g. export vs. local market.

Product range – How many products are on offer.  E.g. assorted brands and types of canned food available for sale in a grocery store.
